I. Job Title : Petrol Mechanic
Job Summary : Responsible to repair and overhaul all mechanical system of all Types of saloon cars and P- up.
Duties :
Overhaul and repair all type of petrol engine.
Overhaul and repair all type of automatic and manual transmissions.
Overhaul and repair all type of axles and brakes (ABS).
Overhaul and repair all type of steering and suspension systems.
Ability to prepare the required parts list for repairs.
Ability to diagnosis all mechanical troubles.
Read understand engineering drawing.
At least 7 years experience in the same field.

II. Job Title : Heavy Equipment & Hydraulic Mechanic
Job Summary : Responsible to repair and overhaul all mechanical and hydraulic system of all types of cranes, wheel loaders and Excavators.
Duties :
At Least 10 Years Experience In the Same Field.
Diesel Engine Overhauling, Repairing For Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Cranes & Heavy Equipments Two Stroke & Four Strokes.
Overhauling Of Automatic & Manual Transmissions.
Overhauling, Repairing Of Heavy Equipments Axles & Brakes.
Overhauling, Repairing Of Steering & Suspension Systems.
Overhauling, Repairing Of Hydraulic System for Excavators, Cranes & Heavy Equipments.
Ability to Prepare the Required Parts List for Repairs.
Reading understanding engineering drawing for different system in the Equipment.

III. Job Title : Diesel Mechanic
Job Summary : Responsible to repair and overhaul all mechanical system of all types of commercial vehicles.
Duties :
Overhaul and repair all type of Diesel engine.
Overhaul and repair all type of automatic and manual transmissions.
Overhaul and repair all type of axles and brakes.
Overhaul and repair all type of steering and suspension systems.
Overhaul and repair all type of clutch and differential.
Overhaul and repair air system.
Ability to prepare the required parts list for repairs.
Ability to diagnosis all mechanical troubles.
Read understand engineering drawing.
At least 10 years experience in the same field.

IV. Job Title : Auto Denter
Job Summary: Responsible to repair and refinish vehicle bodies and Straighten vehicle frames
Duties :
Organize and able to use any kind of welding materials and denting tools and equipment.
Ensures smooth quality denting.
Ensures cost effective throughout the repairing section.
Must have auto spray painting skills.
Ability to prepare the required parts list for repairs.
Read understand engineering drawing.
At least 7 years experience in the same field.

V. Job Title : Spray Painter
Job Summary : Responsible to Prepare and sprays surfaces of vehicles, buses, saloon cars, cranes, forklifts, all type of equipments and manufactured products and mix paints and matches colors.
Duties :
Cleans grease and dirt from product to prepare surface for spraying.
Applies masking tape and paper over parts that are not to be coated.
Fills cavities and dents with putty to attain a smooth surface.
Selects and mixes of coating liquid to produce the desired color.
Pours coating liquid into spray container and connects gun to air hose.
Turns sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray.
Pulls trigger and directs spray onto work surfaces to apply prime or finish coat.
Coats areas inaccessible to hand sprayer with brush.
Cleans spraying equipment and brushes with solvent.

VI. Job Title : Electrician
Job Summary : Responsible to repair all electrical system of all types of heavy equipments and commercial vehicles.
Duties :
Find and Repair Electrical Faults in machine and Fit New Electrical and Electronic Parts and Accessories.
Use Diagnostic Equipment To Locate Electrical And Electronic Problems.
Carry Out Tests To Diagnose The Faulty Component.
Repair heavy trucks Electrical Systems.
Replace Electrical Components On vehicles.
Clean and Test Components.
Work on Complex Electronic Systems Such As Engine Management Systems, Abs Brakes, Air Bags, Electronically Controlled Gearboxes and Vehicle Computers.
Fix Problems On Instrument Panels Such As Speedometers And Fuel And Oil Gauges.
Install Mobile Entertainment Systems Such As Car Radios And Cd Players

VII. Job Title : Machinist
Job Summary : Responsible to operate of all kinds of turning machines
Duties :
operating crankshaft grinding machine and honing machine.
ability to measure all accurate measurements with micrometer, cylinder gauge, etc….
machining brake drums and clutch disc
machining of cam shaft and bushes fixing.
basic knowledge about reading understanding engineering drawing.
Fabricate replacement and new parts.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
Maintain and secure work tools.
Clean and maintain work area.
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
