As part of our growth strategy we are now urgently looking for high caliber and talented individuals for the position of :

I. HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
Job roles :

• Organization Development & People Development
• Manpower Planning & Recruitment
• Performance Management
• Compensation & Benefit
• Personnel Administration
• Industrial Relation
• Procurement and General Affairs & Administration

Qualifications :

• University graduate, preferably from HR Management, Psychology, or Law
• More than 5 (five) years experience in Human Resources function with minimum 2 (two) years in managerial level or Senior Supervisor
• Have strong understanding of HR planning / strategy, industrial relationship, recruitment & selection, as well as training & development
• Firm in implementing company regulation
• A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill and good communication skills
• Good sound managerial skills required to have the ability in meeting TMT standard Manager’s competencies level
• Good computer literacy and fluent in both spoken and writing English

II. SERVICE MANAGER
Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years in heavy duty truck / heavy equipment industries with strong experience in technical problem solving.
• Self motivated & independent individual, willing to travel extensively to remote sites.
• Computer literate and proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.
