SECRETARY
Qualifications:
- Performs secretarial duties including composition of important letters and memorandums, maintains calendar, coordinates meetings, develops and maintains filing system, maintains records and prepares reports,handling multiple tasks and completing them in a timely manner.
- Female with age max 30 years old.
- Must have good Microsoft Word and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong filing and organizing skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Able to work well with staff, members, and public.
- Demonstrated ability to be discreet, flexible, work independently, and prioritize and manage assignments and triage situations to expedite handling of important matters.
- Ability to produce quality work under deadline pressure.
- Good looking and have pleasant personality.
