I. IT Operations Division Head (OPS) & Software Development Manager (SDM)
Requirements :

1. Having a bachelor or master degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering.
2. Male, age between 30-45 years old with min. 5 years experience in a managerial level (OPS) and min. 5 years experience in managing software development projects (SDM).
3. Having detailed knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies is a must. Furthermore, knowledge of software configuration management and product lifecycle management will be a definite advantage.
4. Having previous hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure & software development with familiarity in Windows Server and Open Source environment (OPS).
5. Having proven track record in developing mission critical – enterprise grade, preferably in ERP software application.
6. Having previous hands-on experience in developing client side components for 3-tier web based application, Java (Enterprise Edition), BEA WebLogic, JSP, HTML, AJAX, Power Builder (SDM) and network/socket programming (OPS).
7. Having excellent management and leadership skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and  presentation skills, driven, result-oriented and a good team-player.

II. Power Builder Programmer (PB)
Requirements :

1. Having a bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/Inf  Eng/Information System
2. Mature (age between 25-30 years)
3. Min. 1 Year Experience in the same position (PB)
4. Having Previous hands-on experience in developing client side components for 3-tier web based application, Power Builder, C#, J2EE, XML, RDBMS is preferable
5. Having excellent communication skills is a must; driven, self-motivated, result oriented and a good team-player

III. Project Manager (PM) & Project Division Head (PDH)
Requirements :

1. Bachelor/master degree from a reputable university majoring in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering.
2. Mature (age; 30-40; Self-starter, self-motivated and result-oriented; good interpersonal & communication skill; able to work independently and at the same time, be a good team player.
3. At least 3 years experience (PM) in project/software implementation as a Project Manager in the business integration with proven organization and prioritization skill; strong knowledge in project management methodology.
4. At least 5 years experience (PDH) in project/software implementation as a Project Senior Manager who has responsibility to supervise 3 Project Managers in the business integration with proven organization and prioritization skill; strong knowledge in project management methodology.
5. Hands on experience in ERP implementation at external clients companies.
